I believe it would help if you could define your interest in a better way. There are mountains of information on Chiral HPLC separations covering all sorts of problems.

Are yopu interested on books?, or manuals?, websites?, review articles?. Or is your interest more focused on a particular type of compounds, pharmaceuticals?, agrochemicals?, natural products? etc.
