glucuronid conjugaison

Hi All,

I need to analysis "glucuronide metabolite", some people have allready do that?
By SPE and LC/MS/MS

Matrix is sewage and soils. I didn't find any thing about stabilties in waters or anything from this compound.
(hydrolisis and others réactions of degradation)

If someone can give me some tips I will be very happy

There are a number of glucuronidide metabolites that are analyzed - frequently after hydrolysis with a glucuronidase to separate the metabolite from glucoronic acid. There are many procedures for analysis of these types of compunds from urine published in the literature.
