Extraction of Sunset yellow

Hi all, I am a new bird on LC.
I would like to perform extraction of sunset yellow, and followed by LC-DAD analysis.
The matrix of interest is high protein one, such as meat, fish.
Can anyone give me some suggestion for extraction and cleanup.
