Hi Folks

Have any of you worked on HPLC analysis (assay) of Eudragit LD30 (Methacrylic Acid - Ethyl Acrylate Copolymer (1 is to 1) Dispersion 30 per cent) and Ethyl Cellulose?
Take care
in polymers it is important to know the range of the expected sizes of your compounds.
are they water soluble or organic soluble?
You can do it with a SEC column, based on Polymer matrix, for water soluble compounds. A 50mmol/l acetate buffer pH5,8 I would use. Please google for more applications published on the www. Good luck.
