Hi friends. Does anybody here know the mass spectrometer Shimadzu QP1100 ex?

We have one of them in our Faculty but is broken and need spare parts. Shimadzu discontinued the model (bad) and now they don't have either the circuit planes (toooo bad and incredible)

If somebody could help we will appreciate a lot.
