I am currently using ACE3 C4-300 for separation of protein variants.
But for MW's >= 40 kDa the resolution drops due to increasing peak width. I tried
MN 500-5-C3-PPN already, but I found the column-to-column variations to be unacceptable.
PorosR1 and the monolithic Dionex columns perform worse compared to the ACE,
Agilent Poroshell performs similar but not as good. Any suggestions?
