SPE recommendation

Dear All,

I would need an SPE column for a polar-basic compound (phenylephrine) in a syrup. And for this method I need a very good recovery.
please someone can recommend me a brand? SCX or low cation exchange?

Hi G; I would recomend you OASIS MCX from Waters; I think you could find application of simmilar compunds. Rememnber the pH is very important.
