Analysis of alkyled tocopherol by LC

Hi,
I'm trying to find accurate method for analysis of alkyled (C10) tocopherol by LC. I tryed to perform a RP analysis but i think the affinity compound/stationnary phase is to great to give good results. Do you think a Normal phase analysis is available for this application ?
Do I must use GC insted of LC ?

I don't think you read Provetech's message closely. He wasn't talking about the acetate of tocopherol but the C10 analog. The chromatogram you attached to link to had no information about this compound!

There is a fair body of literature surrounding analysis of such compounds under pseudo-normal phase conditions (i.e. nonaqueous solvent systems on a reversed phase column). I think I would go this direction first. If my memory serves me correctly, both ethyl acetate and IPA based eluent systems have been reported for similar applications. Of course, one thing you might want to try first is simply using a reversed phase column with a shorter hydrophobic group (try a C8 reversed phase column, a C8 column based on 300 Angstrom pore size silica or may be even a C4 reversed phase column).
