Dear Friends,
I am tried the determination of vitmain A in [color=#0040FF][b]Paparika oleresins[/b][/color] by using HPLC with Normal Phase. i am followed by the saponification method, in liquid liquid extraction (ie, pet-ether and diethyl ether) stage the oil is completely soluble, so finally get the whole oil. so any refer the determination method or clarify my diffcults.
