Can I use HILIC in order to analyze alyphatic nitriles?
For instanse TMSN- tetramethylsuccinonitrile.

I doubt it, especially using acetonitrile in the eluent. Your nitrile will likely not partition from an acetonitrile rich phase into a water rich one.
Could possibly work using acetone or some other exotic (for HILIC) organic solvent.

what is your K using a RP column?

based on this example product why choose HILIC?
have you thought of going for a column that separate based on the effect to the Pi orbits.
