I want procedure for exctraction Long Chain Fatty Acids from anaerobically digested sludge samples. Please provide me the details urgently

You can follow Folch et al., (1957) for extraction of fat. form more information read this article : Folch, J., M. Lees and G.H. Sloan-Stanley. (1957). A simple method for the isolation and purification of total lipids from animal tissues. Journal of Biological Chemistry. 226:497 – 509.

It is better to freeze-dry your samples.
