Hello,everyone:
I want tu buy a HPLC column, it is C18, 4*125mm, 4um. can you tell me where I can buy it? thank you.

I suspect that finding those exact dimensions will prove difficult. There are lots of 3.5µ packings available in 4.6x150mm columns... Waters has 3.9x150mm columns, but I'm not sure if there are 3.5 or 4µ packings available for them. Check www.waters.com, www.phenomenex.com, www.varian.com (Zorbax & Metachem columns)... There are many others.
Thanks,
DR

12.5 mm x 4 mm looks German. Check at Merck, Macherey-Nagel or Bischoff.

Uwe is correct,

I have worked in the past with Merck columns with that dimensions. The packing material was Purospher RP-18e.

thanks of all
I will look for it.

Uwe,

I guess you forgot something:
Novapack C18 has 4µm particles!

Bart, you are correct, but the column dimension does not look like anything that we have in our standard program. It can be custom packed though...

125x4 mm are sort of standard in Germany. You would get this dimensions from all of the german manufacturers and refillers. 4µm material is less common: Merck has the supersphere, there is another 4µm, 80 A material and maybe some old brands.
