What is the formula for signficiant Bias?

any ideas!...i can not find it on the internet.

I've never heard the term before. Can you give us some context? Where did it appear?

I think you need to be looking at other terminology for your searching:

statistical bias

Inter laboratory trials

Systematic error

Anaoa testing

Youden Plots
