Question about export batch results as excel file?

Question about export batch results as excel file?

I have a similar questin about previous topic. When I tried to export batch report as excel file, I got a pup up window asking me where I want to save the file. But it always save as pdf format. Is there anyone have ever met a similar probelm as me?
