Problems with HPLC software

I have problem with the reprocessing of sequences in Agilent HPLC 1200, I can see the data with Windows Explorer but When i reprocess with the Agilent Software it only reprocess Standards and it dont reprocess any sample, What can i do??????????????

First go to Data Analysis and load up a sample chromatogram; check the integration parameters to make sure that the peak in the sample runs is being integrated, and that its retention time falls within the blue rectangle range for that component on the calibration table. If not, change, then save changes to Method, reprocess.

Check the Sequence Table. The Method Names attribute must be the same in every processable lines (or empty)!
