CTC Pal headspace problem

Hi all,

i currently use an Agilent 7890 GC coupled with a 5975MSD and a CTC pal autosampler. i need to develop a method where i use a different vial size (i.e height).

Could somebody tell me how to adjust this setting please?

I don't have a CTC but a MPS (CTC modified and sold by Gerstel). They are relatively similar.
You have up load the objects (i.e. sample trays, syringe type, vial type, etc..) with a software called PALoader that should be present somewhere on your pc. Once you have done that you can start to modify the settings using the remote attached to your CTC.
