Hi All,
I'm looking to learn more about how to employ the use of gradients.
I'm looking to determine how to increase resolution, how steep should the gradient be etc.
If someone could point me in the direction of some good literature or websites I would be very grateful.

"High-performance gradient elution" by Snyder and Dolan - the best I have read on the topic so far

Appreciated!
