I am currently running Agilent 6890 GC with Chemstation B01.01 (I think, not at work right now), and am having trouble getting the post-sequence commands to work. I am trying to get the shutdown method to load at the end of the sequence. The commands work when entered in the command line, but when placed in the post-sequence cmd/macro line in either the run-time checklist or in the sequence paramenters, it doesn't function.

Has anyone encountered this problem or have any ideas of why the commands don't work as a post-sequence command?

The command I am using is: loadmethod _methpath$, "shutdown.m"

Hi spill,
add one plus line to the end of the sequence, leave the vial# empty or inject a solvent, with the 'shutdown.m' method.
goood luck.
