Hello,

I need some help developing a method to detect iminodiacetic acid and amino acid substituted iminodiacetic acid. Any ideas on where to start? We have several different types of columns and detectors.

TIA, chem_mc

i guess that if detection is your only concern you can do without columns, use mass spectrometry, there are some very sensitive ways to detect compounds such as MRM i think, but someone who knows more about MS should help ya
