Hi,
I'm looking for a simple software package were I can import time vs multiple response (actually 3 different m/z counts per sec) and perform some basic chromatography operations (find the peak, integrate the peak etc).

Right now we export all data as csv, open in XL and manually find the peak range to integrate and baseline subtract etc. There must be an easier way.

The software you're using to export data as CSV files can't do this (it should be able to)?
Thanks,
DR

We are using an ICP-MS to collect and export the data. We use a packed column GC (which we made ourselves) and basic Lab oven; so no commercial chromatography hardware.
I'll check again if the Element2 ICP-MS software can export the time response data in AIA format, but I don't think so.
