LC-system

We are purchasing a new LC chromatography system our new lab. Do you have any experiences with Hitachi´s LaChromElite LC-system compared to other systems (Agilent,Shimadzu, Waters,Dionex)?

I do not have specific experience with Hitachi´s LaChromElite LC-system. But, I have experience with various Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu, and Varian LC-systems. Therefore, I suggest performing picky, sensitive, typical in-house assays on demo units from at least 2 - 3 different vendors before making a decision.

Also, I have found that a newer (or different) version of an HPLC from a vendor does not always give as good a performance as the version already in the lab. This was a painful learning curve.
