Ezchrom Elite 3.3.1 reinstall issue

Our trusty computer of 20 years had its motherboard die and take out the raid drives. So I had to reinstall Ezchrom Elite 3.3.1. Once I got it installed and our 6850 set up with the software I cannot run single runs or a sequence. Both of those buttons are greyed out. I am able to navigate through the menus and try to start a single run. It will not start it gives me the following error "File Not Found".

Here is the error I am receiving. It looks like its trying to open a data file instead of creating one.

Maybe I'm not following your issue, but from that photo, you're trying to 'analyze' (i.e., process) a file that doesn't exist. Does the file actually exist and you cannot process it?

If you're trying run a sample or sequence, you should be clicking on the icons to the right of the one that brought up the menu you have. But since they're greyed out, the software won't let you acquire. This can happen when the instrument is offline, which doesn't seem to be the case, since you're displaying readbacks (i.e., instrument is communicating with the software). Another possible is license related. Did you add your license information?
