Connecting a Dionex AS-AP autosampler to an ICS 2000

I'm trying to get the As-AP to work with the ICS 2000 under chromeleon ver 7.2. The AS appears to fill the loop (pushfill mode) but the injection valve on the ICS 2000 never switches. I have previously operated without an autosampler and used chromeleon to switch the valve to inject, that works fine. I feel like I'm missing something in the method script for the autosampler/ICS combo. I have added the AS-AP as a module and that seems good.
Any suggestions?

Hi, please go into your ICS-2000 options in the instrument configuration and ensure the valve is set to be controlled by the sampler.
