Hi, I'm having a problem when I turn on the equipment, I get this message, because I'm thinking that someone in the laboratory updated the firmware to 5.0 and installed Chromaquest 5.0, does anyone know if the update reverts it?

Therefore, your equipment settings or compatibility could have been changed by such a firmware update to 5.0 in conjunction with the installation of Chromaquest 5.0. Major updates will generally affect things and change some system behaviors or some configurations to their default state. If you feel that the update caused the problem, then perhaps you would have to read the release notes or contact support to know from the manufacturer if this firmware update really could set back some settings or at least must be configured manually after the upgrade.
