Hey there,

We are working with a waters NanoAcquity hooked up to a Thermo Fusion lumos for detection. We are intending to inject 5 uL of sample which is in 50:50 MeOH:H2O. However, once the sample is injected, there is 15+-5 uL more liquid in the sample vial than we started with. We have tried replacing the needle and that only solves that problem temporarily.

Mobile phase A: 0.1% TEA and 1.1% HFIP in H2O.
Mobile Phase B: 50:50 MeOH:H2O.

Any insights would be appreciated, let me know if additional information would be helpful.
Your injector needs a valve repacked.
Thanks,
DR
