Alternative mass spec quantitation software?

Discussions about GC-MS, LC-MS, LC-FTIR, and other "coupled" analytical techniques.

I'm currently using MassHunter on my Agilent systems, and Sciex OS on my 6500+. And I really, really dislike the reporting options and workflow on my Sciex OS software. I find MassHunter to be much more user-friendly for the pesticide residue work I perform.

My question - is there a stand-alone quantitation software package out there that is designed for environmental/pesticide residue analysis using data from ANY mass spec acquisition file? I know the answer is probably no, but I would love to be able to quant like MassHunter with my Sciex data, so any help would be appreciated.
Time flies like an arrow. Fruit flies like a banana.
What kind of quantification do you need for the environmental/pesticide workflows?

We've built Peaksel both for processing/quantification and storage. But it doesn't support Sciex yet - most likely coming this autumn. MassHunter isn't a problem though.

Also, I see that OpenChrom has some support. Maybe it's a viable option.
