Hi, would like to ask if we are able to change the sample name after processing sample set into result set in Empower 3? Integrations have been performed but I realised there is a typo error in one of the sample name. Is it possible to alter the sample information at this point and reprocess the result set? Will the correct sample names be adopted after reprocessing the result set using the existing integrations? Would greatly appreciate if someone can help answer this. Thank you!
I'm not sure about reprocessing a result set, but alter sample set and then (re-)processing that sample set will work.
