Hi! I want to know if someone here in the forum has determined folic acid in fortified flour??? i've been told that Iron interfieres in the analysis but i haven't tried... does someone knows if this is true??? tanx

Dear Alex.
I have done the folic acid analysis before and I did not noticed eny interference; but I think changing the pH or using SPE is a good way to avoid interference.
