Hello all!
I have a big problem with noise of my LCQ Duo. I pump methanol (HPLC grade) via syringe and wien ESI interface I have 10^5 noise. More over I have very high ions 551 (60%), 595 (70%), 639(80%), 683 (100%), 727 (80%), 771 (70%), 815 (55%), 859 (40%).
The instrument was cleaned (all parts, also ion optics) 2 months ago, but until now only pure standards were analysed. Today I cleaned heated capillary and problem is the same.
Any suggestions?
