Other than the reference "Ceyhan T et al. LC determination of atropine sulfate and scopolamine hydrobromide in pharmaceuticals.J Pharm Biomed Anal. 2001 Jun;25(3-4):399-406. " , have anyone done any HPLC determination of atropine sulfate and scopolamine hydrobromide and manage to get good separation?

Hi April
Couple of (rather old) references here that might be useful. NB I haven't tried these methods so cannot comment on the separation achieved.
Oshima T et al.Application of ion-pair high performance liquid chromatography for analysis of hyoscyamine and scopolamine in solanaceous crude drugs. Pharm Bull (Tokyo). 1989 Sep;37(9):2456-8.
Pennington LJ, Schmidt WF.Belladonna alkaloids and phenobarbital combination pharmaceuticals analysis I: High-performance liquid chromatographic determinations of hyoscyamine-atropine and scopolamine. J Pharm Sci. 1982 Aug;71(8):951-3.
Best wishes, Ann
