I have an ISO for the Bruker Workstation 7.0.0 and 7.0.1 I had a Varian Saturn 2000 connected to a Bruker 390 and it worked on windows 7. I never tried migrating it to windows 10 but I think it would be possible maybe for a 32-bit system. Let me know if you are interested in this software.
