Can you please help me to analyze amino acid profile in HPLC- FLD? I purchased sigma Aldrich amino acid standards kit and Shimazu Shimpack column. I prepared amino acid mix standards using 0.1N HCL solution and derivatize using OPA and FMOC. But Peaks are not properly separated. Can Any share your experience and the test method which is successful in WATERS Alliance HPLC system.
