We are trying to separate organic acids (complex mixture) with a Ion exclusion column Metrosep Organic Acids in isocratic mode. Somebody already did it? How?

Luciano:

There are more than a couple ways to solve the separations problem using the Metrosep OA column. I would be happy to send these suggestions to you via email or you can contact me or the Metrohm distributor in Brazil (Pensalab) for direct assistance. I would post the information on this board however it is graphical and reasonably large files.

In essence, the OA column can be used in a suppressed or non-suppressed mode with conductivity detection or using UV as appropriate. I look forward to your satisfactory separation with this column.
