It seems there got to be a way to get rid of the TFA, even if you have to use some more solvent. If you use a solvent with less elution power than mobile phase you can inject much more volume. Uwe worked out something like that?

Great! I doubled the buffercontent from 0.5 % AcOH to 1 % AcOH and the peakshape is much better.
Additionally I swiched to the Nucleodur RP-C18 CN column (pyramid) wich helped also.
Now I will try to raise the flow in order to "squeeze" the peak together.
This guides me to another question: Is there a reasonable border to which raising the buffercontent doesnt make sense anymore? Because I never red of buffervalues over 1 %.
Thank all of you for your help!!!!!!!

excuse me, what is RP-C18 CN column? mixed C18 and CN as stationary phase? i am curious.Great! I doubled the buffercontent from 0.5 % AcOH to 1 % AcOH and the peakshape is much better.

It is a hydrophilic endcapping which enables a mobile phase with 100 % Water without collapsing of the C-18 chains. See also here:

I get that warning too. Something about the name on the Verisign certificate not matching the site name. I think this would only be a security issue if you were going to order stuff through the site using a credit card number etc.
