Failure in my GC 6890n due to high voltage in the electrical

Hello, could you help me, my GC Agilent 6890N suffered from a high voltage in the electric line and it turned off while performing a run.

Later when I turned it on again it showed me these information on its screen.

The firts screen

POWER ON INFO

Restart after power
interruption has
completed

OVEN TEMP ON forces oven on. STOP ends

You just have to manually turn on all the heated zones and detectors by selecting each one and pressing ON on the keypad.

The message is more cryptic than it really should be.

Have you also restarted the computer for the data system? Sometimes it can lock the screen on the GC.

If the keyboard is locked then switch on the GC without computer.
If you now can press Options on GC keyboard then you will find Keyboard and Display and further an item to set Keyboard locked or unlocked.
Give it a try.

hi james, yes, the computer has been rebooted several times, but chemstation software doesn't recognize the GC, thanks james, but the problem continues.

I hate to say it, but sounds like maybe a board has been damaged since it will not get past the start up sequence.
