Hello

My supervisor asked me to think about a solution regarding to heavy load of samples.
I was thinking about using a separate and specific column for each product.

Yet I still don't know, may I use an old chromatogram for analyzing new one Instead of injecting standard everytime ?

If yes , What are the factors that I have to look at ? Is Theoretical plate is enough to determine column efficiency?
Is it for Quality Control, or Product Testing, or Research, or third party sample analysis?

We need to know what type of work you are doing to offer any help. Each type of work has different requirements for Calibration or QC or batch size.
The past is there to guide us into the future, not to dwell in.
