revers phase system for hidrocortisone base

dear collegues

i m looking for a reverse phase chromatographic system to separate hidrocortisone and prednisolone (resolution solution).

I tried with a L3 column and i used water and THF (70:30) in my mobile phase.
I used a L1 column too. Methanol and CH3CN dont work.
The molecules both,show the same retention time...
I use a UV detection at 254 nm-
