Dear all
i am using partisil sax 250 mm, 4.6mm ID and 10µ column for one product. My mobile phase is ammonium sulfate in water pH:5.9. I made just 30 injections on this column, after that i observed backpressure problem. i used water, methanol for cleaning the column.
But i got same poblem. So how to clean the column for backpressure removing.
