hi,

how r u all. anyone know how i can anlyze Lezocetrizine by HPLC.

No idea.

However, if you meant Levocetirizine, there are published methods available. It's amazing what a simple Google search for "levocetirizine HPLC" reveals.... eg

If you wish to analyse the bulk product...

Stability indicating HPLC method for the determination of levocetirizine dihydrochloride as bulk and in pharmaceutical dosage forms

Dhaneshwar, S. R. Bhutale, N. K. Mhaske, D. V. Kadam, S. S.

Or, if you are monitoring it, the following apparently uses chiral HPLC.
