Split peak

Dear All,

System suitability injection made at initially there were no split peak to impurity peak but when I am injecting same system suitability injection at the end of analysis, there were split peak in impurity peak but it was not case with principal peak? Please suggest

Degradation as a function of time?
Try injecting this particular sample-type several times, for as long as a typical Sample Set takes to complete.
Maybe you’ll see some (further) degradation at a certain time point and thus determine the stability of this sample type.
