Can you give us the column dimensions, flow rate, and the details how you bring the solvent to temperature?
Column dimension: 30 x 2.00 mm, with 2.5 um particles.
Flow rate: 1.0 mL/minute.
Column oven: forced air-circulation-type (without pre-heating)

My suggestion is to try preheating. It may sharpen up your peak, since temperature is an important factor in the speed of this equilibrium.

Thanks, Dr. Neue. Unfortunately, we do not have column oven with pre-heating system right now.
