Hello guys.
I'm developing a new method for mycotoxins using sample concentration.
The blank sample i have has a little bit of the analites i will quantify. I would like to know how can i do the blank substract from my calibration curve in order to have the best accuracy possible.
I tried to use targetlynx to do te blank substract but without success.
Masslynx version 4.1
In the column "type", if you right click and edit, you can specify which samples are blanks and the soft will automatically recalculate all data accordingly.
