GC Focus Injector AS3000

Dear Scientists
I have a problem with my GC focus, AS3000 injector. When I start the running of my samples, it stops and giving me the following message: Ready to Inject- waiting for start.
The auto sampler is locked by DataSystem. But when I start again from the pc it gives me the same message, and I can inject any samples. Please could you help to resolve this problem? Thank you very much

I am using Agilent GC system, the same thing happened when it is in manual injection mode. Please check your GC system if you had set to manual injection mode

When did this problem start.. did you do anything? Most often when I run into this problem is an issue about the different settings for signals for ready, ready to inject and the likes in the keypad menu for the GC..

My best bet would be to go the the "getting started" or "getting connected" manual under the instaltion section and check the settings..

It could also be a loose cable if you have moved the system around a little...

Are you using a sample tray and is the tray vibrating when you see the error message? If so, lift just the sample holder part of the tray out (you will be able to see the motor unit at the center) and check if the two screws which hold the sensor parts are obstructing the movement of your tray.
