We have been having problems with the ISP that hosts the Forum for some time, with a lot of serious delays last fall. It's been a lot better lately, so I'm disappointed to see the problem recurring.

I need to find the time to move the Forum to a different ISP, but that's an all-weekend project, and I've been "on the road" quite a bit the first half of the year (that should settle down by mid-June).
