Pesticides analysis

can any body tell me how to collect soil, crop and water samples for analysis of pesticides both organophosphates, organochlorates and carbamates for HPLC analysis.
Please help

Doesn't the EPA method for analysis of pesticides in soil and water tell you how to collect and preserve the samples? EPA method 1699.
