how to remove residual TBAH - ion-pair agent from column..?

hi all.. how do you guys remove the residual TBAH - ion-pair agent bound to rp columns.. when doing an ion-pair chromatography?

Generally speaking, wash with a mildly acidic buffer + organic solvent. There is no guarantee that you will get it all off.
