As far as I know,If the mobile phase contains buffer, then after the experiment ,many people will rinse their columns with aqueous organic solvents (for example,90%water:10%methanol) and then transition to 100%organic phase. But what about the flow rate for rinsing and how long to rinse them? Everyone can combine your experiences to talk about this topic.
