Bad Tuning on Varian 1200 LC/MS/MS

Has anyone had a problem when tuning on a Varian 1200 triple quad?
My LC/MS is now only tuning till m/z 690 and my target molecules is higher than this. I asked for help in the Varian support, but they say just to flush the hexapoles with nitrogen. Indeed, it worked sometimes, but now it is not working anymore. Please advise me, if someone has a tip.

Remove Ion transfer capillary flush it with Methanol. Also if you aware of cleaning of api open it & clean Hexapole, Skimmer should through with the tuning problem.
