I'm trying to develop an 8270 SIM method that can go down to 0.05 ug/L. I've been experiencing some major mass discrimination in my higher MW PAHs. Esp Benzo(b) to Benzo (g,h,i). So much so that I can't get a calibration to pass. Any ideas on how to fix this?
