Dear all,

I'm looking for a free viewer for chromatograms. We use Agilent, Thermo, PE and Micromass MS. I would like to be able to open the chromatograms and make overlays and assign names to peaks...

And everything for free... Do you have a solution ?

Thanks a lot

This may help: It will display a variety of different data formats.

I don't know of any free program, but Chrom-Merge is reasonably priced:

It does require that you export the chromatograms as ANDI files (*.cdf), and it displays chromatogram data only, not mass spec.
